Storyboard Text
- It had been a lush Thursday morning in May when Mieka came into work at 7:30. When she arrived, the premises weren't locked and strangely enough there had been a pigeon flying around.
- Oh no what happened here? Why is the back door wide open, and what is a pigeon doing; flying around? Has there been a break in? Go out pigeon!
- I need to call the cops right now
- Mieka chased the pigeon for a bit until it finally flew out, then she cleaned up and brought the dirty rag to the trash. As Mieka was about to throw the rag she noticed the dead corpse of a girl. Her body was jack knifed into the garbage bin and appeared if she had been sodomized and spanked. This left her traumatized and she couldn't stop shaking.
- At first Mieka reports the dead body to the cops then tells her mom, Joanne Kilbourn all about it and she comes rushing over; appearing before the cops. Joanne notices that Mikea was very much disgusted by whomever decided to take the life of a girl. Aslo, they both felt terrified, while a cold shiver ran down their body.
- How can anybody be this evil; don't they have decency or a heart?
- I don't know sweetie but this an awful thing. I wish that you never had to see this.
- The alley way was filled with cops and a 17 year old girl became Regina's latest unsolved homicide. The cops took photo's and tried finding any piece of evidence that would take them a step further. As this was going on Mieka answered the questions the detective's had for her as being the first one at the scene and Joanne stood hovering the body trying to examine. Mieka receives a call, so she goes inside while Inspector Zaba trails behind.
- Joanne was eavesdropping into the conversation that the cops were having. One of them apparently knew her well. The officer said, she was a veteran, on the streets as long as I was in vice, and that was three years. She was from up north; she used to be one of that punk Darren Wolfe's girls.
- Another Little Flower Murder?
- Looks like. The bare bum's right. The face didn't seem mutilated, but maybe they'll pick up something downtown
- The younger cops move towards the garbage can and starting bagging hunks of bloody plaster. As for Mieka and Inspector Zada, they both came out from inside the building. It was apparent that the brutal reality of murder hit Mieka hard, so Zada came to talk to Joanne.
- I think we know what we've got here, Mrs.Kilbourn, and your daughter looks like she's had enough. Get her out of here. We've got all we needed from her at the moment.
