- A disabled person leaving his/her country and taking a flight to Canada. On the way have to face lots of difficulties on taking care of his/her needs.
- The person reaching Canada safely and coming out of the Toronto Airport. Feeling excited about Canada and arranging a taxi from the airport to the accommodation.
- At the accommodation the person is feeling that he/she need some support of a person to do daily work. And remembering how he/she is looked after by parents.
- He / She is thinking to get some attendant service support and starting to search on internet for attendant services. Finally selecting a attendance service and requesting them for their service.
- Through the attendant service center He/She is getting different people on everyday. And it is very annoying to inform everyday a new person about his/her routine and needful.
- He / She is meeting another peer at a social gathering and seen that he has a care taker who knows everything about him/her and treating him/her very well. Through the peer he/she is getting the all details about the CILT and Direct funding program.
- With the details got from the peer he/she is looking for the CILT Direct funding program for more information. Contacting the CILT / Direct funding program and signing up for the program

- Interview a PSW whom they like to have and inform the CILT about this.
- Hired PSW is working friendly with he/she and showing a happy life style more than the earlier situations.
