"Ahhhh, smoking removes all of my worries, I should do this more often", thought Paul.
THE NEXT DAY
"Hi Paul!! Wait, you started to smoke!!!", exclaimed Ethan.
"I have to help Paul! I can tell him an awesome idea to relieve mental stress and give up smoking.", thought Paul
"Meet me at the gym tomorrow 10:00 am and don't bring your cigarette!", said Ethan.
"OK!", said Paul.
"Yeah, so what? It helps me relax and makes me stress-free.", said Paul.
"Hi Paul, you really need to stop smoking, it can damage your body."
"Exercising not only makes your body fit and healthy, but research has shown that exercising fixes your mental mood and makes it positive.
"Come on, try and exercise with me for 30 min only!"
"I know you have a lot of stress and anxiety, so to deal with that, you need to exercise."
"OK, I guess."
"Smoking is actually making my body more better."
"I don't think this is improving my mood. Maybe I should go back to smoking."
"Fine."
"OK, I'll trust you."
"NOOOO, DON'T DO THAT, I promise that your mental health will improve within some time."
"Come to the park tomorrow, OK?"

"Come on, lets do more running. Isn't exercising making you fit and helping your mood?"
"I feel really awesome! My overall mental health has increased and I feel positive and motivated every day. I am going to do this everyday!"
