I feel bad for Stacy she has been getting bullied so much for her prosthetic arm and I wonder if her mental state is okay. Next time I see her I will give her some gentle support without pushing my help upon her. In order to be as helpful as possible while not pressuring her I will gently ask about it and then listen and be patient while offering reassurance. I will do all of this so that she feels comfortable sharing so that I can get her help for whatever issue she may be going through.
Yeah! Run away and cry again Stacy! You will never be like us!
That's it I'm gonna go talk to her right now. Liam has taken bullying her way too far. She has been displaying all the symptoms of depression, she is experiencing constant sadness, a sudden loss of interest in her favourite activities like the swings and I have noticed that she has been really tired recently. I should go and talk to her before it gets genuinely serious. I will get her help from a teacher or external program so that she can recover from the help of someone more experienced.
What you gonna go cry again Stacy? That's the second time today weirdo!
Beyond Blue states that I should do it in a space where the person is most comfortable and attentive, and I know Stacy loves the library, now is the time to do it. There is also no one to interrupt us here. Now that I have asked and she is comfortable with my help I can just be there for her and also recommend her to health professionals to get some assistance with her mental state. I should probably let the teacher know about what's happening as well to ease the stress.
Hi Stacy, have you been feeling okay? I notice you have seemed down and haven't been eating much recently?
Thank you so much for noticing. I've just been struggling lately from all the bullying and I was scared to say anything.
