  • The first branch of the Canadian government is called the executive branch.The executive branch of government consists of the Monarch, the Prime Minister, and people appointed by the Prime Minister to help them lead the country. These people are known as “the cabinet”. This branch of government makes decisions about how to best run the country and implements the laws.
  • So I will be talking to you about the three branches of the Canadian government.   • The second branch is called Legislative. It is in charge of making the laws, raising taxes, and authorizing government spending. It is made up of Monarch, the Senate, and the house of Commons.
  • so the first I will tell you about the names of the three branches which are: Executive, Legalistic, Judicial branches.

  • And the last branch is the Judicial Branch. The Judicial Branch handles interpreting the laws and administering justice. It consists of the Supreme Court, Federal courts, Military Courts, and Provincial Courts.
