- Person A is the Boss in my scene and is the sender of the message in a one-on-one business meeting. She is encoding the message to her employee which means she is in the process of putting a message into the form in which it will be communicated and interpreted by person B. Person B is the employee who is receiving the message and decoding it. Decoding is the process of trying the interpret the meaning of the message. Person A is using verbal and nonverbal language by talking to person B and by using hand movements towards the screen to better explain the message. The internal noise being made by both People is thoughts both people are having and go off what person A might say next, or what person B thinks the message could be about. The external noise is any noise made aloud that could be made by other people around or other objects which is made by Person A talking and Person B typing on his computer.
