- Dr. Ramirez? I'm Anna, a patient at your clinic. I couldn't help but over her, it sounded like you were discussing another patient's medical information loudly.
- Oh! Anna, hi. I am so sorry. You're right, that was incredibly unprofessional of me. I was just trying to manage things on my launch break, and I got carried away, I'll take full responsibility. It's important for you to feel safe with me
- I understand everyone gets busy, but it made me uncomfortable. I'm sure Mrs. Davis wouldn't appreciate her private information being discussed in the public. It makes me wonder if my information is safe with you.
- Anna, overhearing, frowns and approaches Dr. Ramirez aftthey end the call. Dr. Ramirez ends the call and sighs deeply.

- This wont ever happen again. I will always remind my self to never discuss any patient information in a public space.Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to address it.
