- In this section of the story the people of maple street at dusk are going about there normal day. Eating ice cream , riding bikes and having fun, Steve is waiting at a shop Charlie is at his house, Tommy and his mom are a cafe and Les Goodman is in his car
- Climax
- A blue light flashes across the sky and makes a loud sound Boom. The lights go out and everyone comes out of their homes. Steve, Don, and Tommy are confused, and Les gets out of his car and#160; Tommy says what if it#160; was UFO and they sent people down first#160; Les' car then turns on by itself.
- Falling action#160;
- Crowds of people then start accusing Les of being the monster sent down by the UFO.#160; Woman then says that Les stares up at the night sky every night as if looking for something . Steve's wife then says that he tinkers with a radio in the basement every and people focus on him.
- Resolution#160;
- Charlie shot pete van horn after thinking he was a alien. people then accused him of being the alien. Charlie was very guilty about killing Pete and then accused Tommy of being an alien.
- The lights then flicker from house to house and make an angry mob attacking each other. they shout as the lights go from house to house its Don its Steve is Tommy.#160; The crowd turns into a mob#160; and then it destorys itself#160;
- The scene goes to aliens on the hill who actually cause the mayhem. They discuss them taking over and that all they have to do is wait. There ended up being no spy and that it was all them figure 1 and figure 2.#160;
- ALL we need do is wait and turn off some of their things and they destory themselves
