- Our company has shown that we can hire enough workers but these workers are not showing enough work. So that means quality of work is not at its peak and has to be fixed
- When we hire a worker they are trained for 1 week. I will tell our supervisors to train our new hires for 2 weeks and give them a thorough explanation on what happens in this company.

- Hello. We have to talk about our new hires. Anyone that we start hiring needs to be trained for 2 weeks minimum. They need to be trained by you and you will have to make sure they know everything they need to know before they interact with a customer.
- Okay. We try to train our new hires for a week and a half. But from starting now I will train them and make sure they are trained by the 3rd week.
- Middle managers are responsible for major departments.

- Hey guys. So since you guys are new you will be trained for 2 week. I will be the one training you guys. By the 3rd week you guys should know what goes on and what to do if a problem comes up.
