- Jude's talent is running track, it is something she is good at. "She'd already accepted a track scholarship from UCLA- as is she could even think about turning it down-". his shows that is she can get a scholarship for a school like UCla she is a good at track.
- What kind of person is jude ?
- Jude is in a relationship with Reese throughout the Novel. "She nodded ,hoping that he might wrap his arm around her." When you like someone you typically want them to flirt. KNowig that farther ahead in the book they begin seriolusly dating.
- Throughout the text the author makes it clear that Jude struggles with her appearance because she is a dark skin woman. Unlike the people she is surrounded with. "Dark, yes , but also tall and rangy". This is the authors description of Jude's features through the text.
- Who does jude love?
- In text Jude thinks alot about others and she dwells a lot about her family and the things she had to go through at a young age . "Still, each Early season ,as Jude began to think about it ,her mother started to change". (Bennet 73). This shows all the thought she put into her mother and her family.
- Jude is a very timid individual it is hard for her to share her feelings. She also has a guard of when meeting people because she is nervous of what they will think. "Gratitude only emphasized the depth of your lack, so she tried to hide it". (Bennet 80) This shows that she has trust issues and doesnt go into situations with a open mind.
- Jude has a complicated relationship with her mother, but she cares deeply for her. A mother daughter love connection is something that is evident in the text. "She couldn't leave her mother ."(Bennet 73) This show no matter what when on between them she always had love for her,.
