Storyboard Text

  • Danny, I'm very worried about what's been going on lately. Many earthquakes have been recorded. I don't know if I'm ready for that.
  • The lady at school told us how to act during earthquakes.
  • - Secure furniture at home securely and do not place heavy, easy-to-fall objects in high places. - Store flammable substances and poisons in tightly closed containers. - Leave the entrance to the home free and do not block it with objects. - Think and determine the safest place in your home. Keep in mind that balconies, exterior walls, stairways and elevators are the most dangerous during an earthquake. - Prepare a plan for the behavior of each member of your family. - Designate a contact person for family members who are outside your region.
  • -You should not leave the building if you cannot get outside for about 10 seconds. - Take the safest place in the building - keep your composure and do not run to the elevators and stairs. - If you are on the street, stay away from buildings and power lines. - If you are shaking while behind the wheel, pull over in an open, safe place and wait. - In public transport, it is better to wait for the end of the shaking in the vehicle.
  • And during an earthquake, what should I do?
