The alleyway is located in the downtown area of the city, where it is frequently busy and where some individuals engage in illegal activities. A child in the space is at risk of being exposed to dangerous behaviours that could affect their wellbeing. It would be a violation of a child's rights to introduce him or her to anything harmful.

The alleyway is predominantly used as a walking path, but it might also serve as a large play area for children. As a child, I was able to play with friends and utilize my imagination in a nearby alley because it was a safe environment. This alley, on the other hand, is damaged by the acts of others, preventing children from using it as a safe space.

This is one of the areas where illegal activity occurs. As shown, it is a filthy space where harmful objects such as cigarettes, substances, shattered glass, etc. are frequently left. A child in this space would be surrounded by a pollution and items that could negatively affect them. A curious child exploring could be exposed and influenced by what they observe, which makes this space unsafe.

There is a significant amount of trash and graffiti in the space, which makes it unsuitable for children. Children who engage in the space may learn from the acts of others that such illegal behaviour is acceptable
The vandalized area created by others lacks child-friendly qualities. Under the rusting stairs are numerous empty alcohol bottles and cans that have been abandoned. This could injure a child who is exploring the area and discovers such objects lying about.
At one of the alleyway's ends, there is some construction. Illegally, employees sometimes leave materials such as medal rods on the pathway. A child could be injured if they were to approach such a hazardous space.
