However, there are rules and regulations that L drivers, including me, must abide by:1. The magnetic L sign has to be displayed on the car at all times while driving. 2. Driver has to drive under qualified supervision by someone age 25+ with a valid Class 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 license, and the supervisor needs to be sitting beside the driver on the passenger seat. 3. No alcohol or drug in your blood while driving. 4. Only one passenger and a supervisor allowed in the car. 5. No hand-held or hands-free cellphones or other electronic devices.6. No driving between midnight and 5am.

After one year of practicing with an L license, I can take the driving test when I am ready and obtain my N license.
