- Preliminary Hearing
- This court denies you, Miranda, legal representation at this preliminary hearing. And that is an order
- Supreme Court
- I, Alvin Moore, want to appeal Miranda’s case to the Supreme Court of Arizona because his constitutional rights under the 5th and 6th Amendment had been violated by him not getting a representative or the police not telling him about his 5th amendment rights
- You are right. So we will hear this case of Miranda's. It will be the case of Miranda v. Arizona
- Decision
- My decision and ruling is that Miranda's confession was illegitimate and his constitutional rights under the 5th and 6th Amendment were violated. You will get a second trial
- Second Trial
- I sentence you to 30 years in prison.
- We the state of Arizona find the defendant Miranda, guilty of rape, kidnapping, and robbery.
- Death
- Well unlike you, I received my Miranda rights, Miranda. It is cool they call it that now after you but I am a killer so I had to kill you.
