- Scrooge awakes and finds his room as dark as when he fell asleep, he woke up in the middle of the night.
- Scrooge meets the Ghost of Christmas Past.
- The Ghost of Christmas Past took him to his childhood home. This is when Scrooge started crying. The Ghost of Christmas Past showed him around and gave him flashbacks of his old past and how he used to live.
- The Ghost of Christmas Past takes Scrooge inside of his old room from when he was a kid. Scrooge starts to weep of what he saw. His younger self-reading and pretending his characters were his friends. Scrooge's personality starts to change. He starts to care for people, and wishes he gave a coin to the caroling boy that came to his door earlier that day.
- The Ghost of Christmas Past takes Scrooge back to where his fiancé broke up with him because he was so greedy and he cared about money more than his fiancé.
- Scrooge can't take it anymore, so he uses a extinguisher cap to put out the ghost. The ghost melts into the floorboard and Scrooge falls asleep. He didn't like dwelling on his past.
