- MR. White finds a werid old monkey paws in his basement. He was very curious about the paw. Mr White is a poor man that has no job and cant affford to feed his family.
- He notcies that it says on a lttle tag hanging from a finger. It read make a wish with this paw by holding it in your right hand. Mr white was despraet for something to make him rich to support his family so he makes a wish.
- W
- Mr. White comes back up stairs leaving the paw in the basement hoping that the wish comes true. He starts reading the mail that his wife brought in. He noticed that he got a letter from his dads lawyer.
- He opens the letter It reads that his father has passed away and that he left him a buisness in new york and he need to go there and start the buisness. So he buys a ticket with the little money that he has and tells his family goodbye.
- Fast forward 2 years Mr. white is living in a pent house in New York with million of dollars in the bank that he sends to his family back in Iowa. He hasent seen his family in a long time but he can't leave his buisness becouse he dose not trust anyone. His assistant comes in giving him a letter.
- He opens the letter and it says that his wife wants a devorce and her and the kids are moving and he is not allowed to talk to them anymore. This made Mr. White very upset and wish that he went back and visted his family. Mr. White fell into a depression and he ended up losing his buisness and becoming home less.
