  • Hi Dan! Have you heard about the Bill of Rights that is found in Article III of the 1987 Philippine Constitution? I really like the one that mentions the Freedom of Expression.
  • Yes, Mark. I like that one too. Section 4 states that "no law shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech, of expression, of of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the government for redress of grievances."
