- When the first game came, Devin was the starting pitcher. He was hitting ninth in the lineup. Devin was thrilled to be the starting pitcher. His whole team was ready.
- Road Back
- The regular season was over. It all came down to the championship game. Devin saw scouts all over and then felt sick. But he played and pitched great.
- The Resurrection
- How is my arm? Can I take this cast off?
- A week after the championship game Devin got a envelope that read Cal Poly. Devin did it! He was given a scholarship to play baseball for Cal Poly.

- Devin is on his way to Cal Poly. To keep in good shape he and his dad went outside, played catch, and practiced pitching. While diving for a ball, Devin broke his arm.

- Cal Poly told Devin if he can't play baseball, he won't get a scholarship. That would mean his family can't afford Cal Poly. He recovers from his injury and is now going to attend Cal Poly.

- After college Devin got drafted by the Pirates. He came home to say good bye and thank his dad for signing him up for baseball. Now Devin is on his way to Pittsburg.
