- A son telling his mother about some new about what happened in town the other day
- YOU ARE NOT LEAVING!
- I want to help mother
- Thinking about alternate ways to help
- joining is a bad idea but there are other things for us to do!
- Taking action
- This is a family living right outside of Boston right after the Boston Massacure. This is a young boy telling his mother that he wants to help and the mother tells him no because his father is already in the lineup to be a soilder.
- Results from that day
- As the mother sat there she was sad that she told her son know even though she knew it was the right descion. She decided that she could come up with alternate ways to help.
- After dinner the family thinks
- The mother takes her family to the market on day to go get food for the family. While they are they they are right in the middle of what was the later labled as the Boston tea party. This is where they saw American colonist upset about the rasie in tea tax so they dumped about 342 chest into harbor.
- First Bunker
- The famliy was shocked as they didn't know what to do after seeing what was happining to people and how they were responding. The family that night at dinner decided they were going to stay away to let people cool down.
- After the dinner and decussing what happened the family decisdes that there are other things for them to do they make a list of things to do- they come to the conclusion of housing a soilder.
- Days later they were given their first soilders named james. He was a very young boy whos family forced him into the army. He got to talk to sons of the house to let them know what he sees in the outside world and in the war.
