3. Decision-Making After considering all options, Alex finalizes his choice—he decides to take the bus, as it’s the most easiest solution because of easy app interface. Alex feels nervous, but he's determined to make it work.

4.Usage At first, the process feels awkward, but as the ride continues, Alex finds it easier than he expected. He even figures out how to use the mobile app during the ride. At first, he feels nervous and unsure. As he gets used to it, he feels a bit relieved and starts to relax.

5. Completion of the Journey He is relieved to have made it on time without any major issues. While he still prefers driving his car, he’s pleasantly surprised that taking the bus wasn’t as bad as he imagined.
