youre doing great john, with chemotherapy on your side you will be unstoppable
There are multiple ways that chemo kills cancerous cells but also some good cells. For example, DNA damage. This helps defeat cancer by damaging the DNA in the cancerous cells. By doing this, it delays the cells ability to replicate and also survive. This can lead to the death and lessening the amount of cancerous cells. There are a-lot more ways that chemo helps defeat cancer and some can be more effective but they all work together. Also, the way that chemo can tell the difference between cancerous cells and healthy cells is that cancerous cells have enzymes that are more frequently found in cancerous cells. And by targeting cells with these enzymes, they can differentiate the healthy cells from the cancerous cells.
