- The King asked Rosencrantz and Guildenstern why Hamlet was acting weird, they couldn't figure out why.
- Hamlet thinks about suicide and whether he wants to endure the sadness he bares.
- he's only angry because he loves you.
- He's probably just madly in love.
- Claudius and Polonius stay and spy on Hamlet's conversation with Ophelia. Ophelia trys to give Hamlet his gifts back he denies he gave them to her.
- I will send him to England for the weekend to see if he can clear his head. Madness in great ones must be carefully watched.
- Good idea, I agree.
- He tells her to become a nun so she can't breed sinners. He then storms off.
- The King and Polonius think that Hamlet's agitation comes from his love for Ophelia.
- The King decides to send Hamlet to England for a change of scenery to see if he can solve his troubles.
