I understand! We have a practice called ‘Meditation’ that we do daily. It’s a bit like your Salah. It helps us stay calm and find balance.
We also have a special time for prayer called ‘Salah.’ It’s a few times a day, and it helps us stay close to Allah. Sometimes it’s hard to find time, especially with school and activities.
That’s beautiful. In my tradition, we don’t have a specific prayer but take a moment to focus our minds. It’s a way to connect with our inner peace.
The food looks so nice, I’m going to do a tradition first. Before our meals, we say a prayer called ‘Bismillah.’ It means ‘In the name of Allah.’ We thank Allah for the food and ask for His blessings.

It sounds similar! Both of us find time to connect with something greater, even if the ways are different.
That’s a great idea. In meditation, we focus on our breath and let go of distractions. It’s a way to find peace even in a busy day.
It can be challenging, but it’s important to make time. We set reminders, and it becomes a part of our routine. It helps us remember what’s important.
How do you manage to pray when you’re busy?

Thank you for inviting me, Mei. Good night!
Me too, Ahmed. It’s wonderful to see how we can both find peace and meaning in our own ways.
Absolutely! Sleep tight.
I’m glad we talked about this, Mei. It’s nice to learn about how you practice mindfulness and meditation.
Oh! We have a temple where Buddhists like me come to share their days and experiences and meditate together. Do you want to go with me once to try?
