- Layla quickly looked it over, said that she could have the job and explained that she needed some of her private information to conduct a background check. The princess paused, confused on why they needed her personal information. Upon asking, Layla explained that she was limited to relevant information that corresponds with the job, like references, criminal records, and previous employment status. This is known as reasonable limits because it limits the amount of information Layla is allowed to receive to ensure the princess’ privacy, or it would be an infringement of the princess’ charter rights that keep her private information protected. Layla explained that these charter rights are set in place to protect everyone and ensure that everyone lives with maximum freedom, safety, and order.
- Evelyn left her kingdom happily with her new job and travelled back to her castle. She finally arrived at her castle after a tiring day, and retired back to her room. She reflected on her journey throughout the day, and realized that she had to become familiar with the charter of her kingdom. Learning this charter would guarantee that she would be aware when her charter rights are violated and what she can and cannot do. But the princess was tired, and decided, with strong determination, that she would be ready for her first day at work tomorrow!
- Evelyn decided she would try again and ordered the carriage to keep travelling throughout the village. Shortly after, the carriage stumbled across a fashion store called Layla’s Boutique. After a quick pep talk to herself, she gathered another resume in her hand and walked in. The store was packed with clothes and it took her a few minutes to find the owner, Layla. They chatted for a small while and stopped when Evelyn announced that she was looking for a job at the boutique. They walked into Layla’s office where the princess handed her a resume.
