- Linda answered a couple more questions from InforMed and was given a recommendation. Based on her responses and InforMed’s knowledge of Dave’s diabetes through his medical records, it was determined Dave was experiencing hypoglycemia and needed some quick sustenance. They are relieved they did not have to call emergency services and were able to receive instruction from InforMed instead
- Thanks, Linda. I’m glad it wasn’t anything serious.
- InforMed told me you just need some fast-acting cards to treat your low blood sugar. Luckily I have some juice for you to drink.
- Linda pulled up the Diagnostic camera feature in the InforMed app to see what her condition may be. Dave is holding the phone and trying to capture the bump on Linda’s ear for InforMed to detect and diagnose.
- Are you getting it Dave? Take the picture!
- The camera detected the bump! I’ll snap the picture now
- After the diagnosis, InforMed said that the most likely condition Linda had was a cyst, and told her potential treatments. Linda then went into CVS to get cream for the cyst, and headed home with David.
