- When you go to take the knowledge test you need to bring a guardian or a guardian consent form and two pieces of ID that they can accept
- The first thing you do when you turn sixteen and want to get your licence is to book an appointment
- The second thing you do is study for your knowledge test because you can't take your drivers test to get your learners licence without doing the knowledge test first
- If you fail your drivers and knowledge test you can retake it again after a week to try to get your learners licence
- Even when you have your learners you can only drive when someone who is 25 years or older and has a class 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 class drivers licence is in the car with you
- When you get your N licence you don't need to drive with a supervisor and can have one passenger in the car with you
- If you fail the N road test you can take it again in 14 days
- To get your N you need to be driving with a supervisor for 1 year and take a Class 7 road test
- Another thing you will need in order to take the Class 5 road test is a safe vehicle, valid insurance and registration documents, money to pay for the road test, and an ID that they can accept
- To get your full licence you need to book an appointment for the Class 5 road test
- If you fail the Class 5 road test you can retake the test in 14 days
- Also you have to have been a safe driver for 2 years
