- I'm so glad I got out here early to clear a spot for my car after that snowstorm! I hope Chris saw how much effort I put in and leaves it for me this time!

- I spy a cleared spot right out front! I'm going to hurry down and move my car before another tenant takes advantage of the clear space.

- Again?!?! What do I have to do to be able to take advantage of my own hard work?! I'll show them.

- I shoveled that spot out for my own car, not for somebody else to swoop in and take it for themselves!

- I shoveled out a spot so I could park my car, and for the umpteenth time, Chris has swiped my spot at the last second!

- Umpteenth time? I didn't even know this was a problem! Unfortunately I am older and can't shovel the heavy snow like I used to, so I simply was trying to take advantage of the available space.

- Pat, I'm so sorry for the frustration. As you can see, Chris isn't able to remove the snow on his own. As a solution, would you be able to shovel out an extra spot during each snow so you both can park easily? I'd be happy to offer a discount on your rent during the winter months for the extra labor.
