Hey Omar, I wanted to ask if you knew about Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan
Bilal
Yes, he was the ruler of the United Arab Emirates! Yeah
Mohammad
Oh cool, can you tell me some events from the life of Sheikh Zayed and their consequences for the UAE?
Bilal
Of course! Sheikh Zayed was an intellectual man who strongly believed in women’s rights, and with helping people.
Mohammad
You see, Sheikh Zayed believed Women deserve the same rights as us men, he even said “The woman is half of society; and any country which pursues development should not leave her in poverty or illiteracy”. This helped pave the way for the UAE to a nonsexist/bias nation which is crucial in this day and age.
Mohammad
Wow I didn’t know that!
Bilal
Yeah, he adored helping people in need, Sheikh Zayed was a great leader! He created a whole organization just to help and support people in need called the Emirates Red Crescent, his motto for his organization was always “Care for Life”.

In your opinion what was an achievement he accomplished that helped form the UAE as it is today?
Mohammad
Mohammad
The great question in my opinion is his achievement that helped form the UAE as it is today would be constructing tall buildings and hospitals which is crucial for developing a modernized city. He also built schools so that his students would be prepared for the next generation and help create his vision, as he said, “The greatest use that can be made of wealth is to invest it in creating generations of educated and trained people.”
That’s crazy!!!
Bilal
Mohammad
