- Life with Luca and Willam
- Hi, I'm Luca
- And we're going to take you on a trip back in the Paleolithic Age, Neolithic Age, and explain why these changes are important!
- And I'm Willam
- Back in the Paleolithic Age they hunted and gathered.
- In Neolithic times we domesicating animals and planted seeds to harvest crops=farming.
- We used domesicated animals for food and other needs. These other needs are meat and milk. Mules helped carry heavy loads and pull plows.
- Back in the Paleoithic Age they did not have permanent shelters, they had tent like shelters.
- In Neolithic Age we made perament shelters out of clay/mud bricks,stones, and branches. The entrance was at the top of the house to prevent animals from coming in and stealing food.
- We also dug holes into the floor to store food and cook. Also we dropped hot stones into water to boil for cooking.
- Back in Paleolithic times trade was uncommen because they didn't have very much to trade.
- In Neolithic times we had much to trade for. You are trading something to get something that you don't have in your own area. We new resources being discovered, we can make new things and make old things better.
- This is important because without this change, we wouldn't have adapted to farming, which allowed us to have a stable food source, . We devolped new jobs with more people.
- Back in the Neolithic times had many different variety of jobs.
- In morden day times we have very much different jobs. We now go to grocery stores instead of having to farm our own food.
- This is important because now we don't have to move from place to place or be a nomad anymore. This also allowed us to make our lives more comfortable, and with more people we could divid up the work more easily.

- This is important because we have more things to trade now. Also we have beauty products because we have more time on our hands to make our lives more comfortable.
- That's right! Traders would travel hundreds of miles in search of these things. From new inventens to things being discovered like rubing sea shells on your cheks, they would make them redder. This is an example of beauty product.
- This is important because without theses jobs we wouldn't have our daliy need to our expectations and we might not be able survive.
- We now have technology to help us with our daliy lives.This also helps some people get employed for jobs.
