keep in mind that you won't be able to control everything, but that's okay.
What are those things, exactly?
You have control over internal factors such as the employees you hire, your finances and resources, and so on.
What about the things that I cannot control?
You have no control over external factors such as the economy, government policies,
people's tastes and preferences, trends, or even competition with other businesses.
Oh my, there's a lot. Would that be a disadvantage to the business?
Even if you have no control over these factors, that does not mean they are a disadvantage to the business. 
All you have to do is respond to them by constantly studying and adapting your business to these factors.

I'd like to start my own trade business, you know, where I could sell my products to people in other countries.
