Here Charlamage is trying to build schools for ¨all boys.¨ In the end Charlamagne´s actions didn´t benefit many people and this action was almost irrelevant as it only benefited people of power.
Charlemagne is battle just over religion because he would kill people for not being/converting to Christianity/Christian. It doesn´t make him look good for this.
Here is Charlamagne killing people just for not being Christian/not wanting to be a Christian. This shows Charlamagne´s actions weren´t beneficial to everyone. This action wasn´t really needed by him and it was significant but it wasn´t a good action.
The school that only monks and priests went to, that Charlamagne built for "all boys". It shows Charlamagne wasn´t necessarily always doing good, especially when it always has to do with religion, not well-being of other people.
By 900, Western Europe was poor. It is clear that many people weren't affected in Western Europe after Charlamagne´s empire. Some of his actions may be relevant or significant but most of the time they weren´t always that good and didn´t really help Western Europe whatsoever.
