  • Hey Lilly, we're having a party at my place this weekend. You should come! Everyone's going, and it's going to be so much fun!
  • ...Sure; okay, I'll go
  • I don't know...
  • You don't want to miss out; Do you Lilly?
  • Lilly is at school, eating her lunch when pesky Sophie and her henchmen, Louisa and Penny walk up to her and ask her about a party. Lilly is really unsure but she says yes. Sophie has never asked her to go to a party before but says yes because she wants to make friends.

  • Sophie's House Party!🥂 🥂🥂
  • Umm...just some cordial?
  • Hey Lilly, What are you drinking?
  • Lilly is at the party and other teenagers are drinking, laughing and chatting. She sees Penny and Louisa obviously drunk because they are out of control. There are many bottles of vodka and beer all over the house.

  • DRINK IT! DRINK IT! DRINK IT! DRINK IT!
  • Lilly thinks she is forced into this and starts to worry what Sophie was about to do to her. Then she is put in the centre of a gathering. Everyone is chanting for Lilly to drink the whole bottle of vodka.

  • I'm very disappointed in you young lady!
  • I feel like I'm about to be sick!
  • Sorry Mum and Dad, I was out with some friends. I'm totally okay!
  • Lilly arrives home, at around 1am (way past her curfew) and her parents are standing at the door shocked, worried and furious that Lilly didn't tell them where she was going. Lilly's feels really tired and nauseous. This is effecting her physical health because this is impacting her brain and body.

  • This isn't me.....What did I do?
  • Don't think you've looked so... out of shape, Lilly?
  • What happened to your face, Lilly! Are you sick?
  • Never seen you like this before, Lilly.
  • The next day, Lilly arrives at school feeling physically and cognitively drained because of alcohol usage and drinking at a young age. She hears Sophie and the others talking to her, but she can hardly focus and her mind suddenly becomes foggy. Her legs start to tremble and her head starts pounding again.

  • I'm so tired.....I can hardly concentrate
  • When Lilly goes to sit in her seat, her brain feels like it's about to implode. When her teacher starts to speak, her eyes start to close and her mind is fogging up. This is effecting her mental health because she can hardly concentrate and her grades will eventually drop causing her to feel stressed and anxious.

  • This isn't me... Why did I go out with Sophie just to make friends?
  • When Lilly arrives back home, she tries attempting to study for her test coming up but the words on the page start to blur. She keeps telling herself that she's okay but her mind can't focus anymore. Then, she remembers the party and the drinking of the vodka and how guilty she is about fitting in. This is also effecting her mental health because it's impacting her feelings about the situation.

  • Hey Lilly!, Are you sure you're okay. You don't seem to be?
  • Yes, I'm fine!
  • Lilly is hurrying into school. The side effects of the vodka are slowly wearing off, though she is feeling unhappy and tired. Ava, Lilly's friend, stops her before class, concerned about Lilly's mood. Lilly ends up yelling at Ava that she's fine and trudges into school. Lilly's decision to drink excessively is impacting her social health as she has become irritable around friends. It is also impacting her spiritual health as she is loosing her sense of identity and connections.
