- After we finally mastered the warm up drill I realized in order for the little devils to learn to play correctly I needed to shape them in order for them to be able to last the entire game. In order to shape them I decided we needed to first just practice running to other side of the field where they would score then progressively take more steps.

- All of the children of the corn started to look like they were getting antsy, so I realized I needed to do more to keep them engaged. Thankfully the school had some leftover chocolate so I decided to hand out a piece everytime the children would listen and follow drill instructions. I was using positive reinforcement without the little devils knowing.

- Finally it was time to play coach Emma's favorite game "lets go home". As I was leaving my boss at Gallatin Ms. Xiomara handed me my check. I completely forgot it was the 1st of the month. Since I get paid every 1st and 16th of the month I'm on a fixed interval schedule.
