- He goes to his assigned seat and he sits down next to a kid named John that is staring at him. John ask” where you come from” Treyvon said california. And John says “like where, in Richmond, where all black people come from?.”
- Before Treyvon can reply the teacher calls his name. The teacher asks him to come up to introduce himself. Treyvon begins to tell where he's from and says his name and John says " do you like watermelon.”? Then everyone in the class started laughing. Then Treyvon runs out the door crying.
- He ran into a teacher then she asked him“what's wrong?” Treyvon told the teacher that a kid named John was stereotypical and bullying him and that he does even know him. Then the teacher said, "What did he say?” Treyvon said that just because he is black he assumed that he lives in Richmond and that he likes watermelon. The teacher said she will report the kid and have a conversation with him about bullying. Then after that the kid went to the bathroom and wiped his face and had a nice comfortable rest of the day at school.
