Climax
Apius sees Virginia and is smitten by her beauty. Apius sends for the town's most disreputable blackguard Claudius. Apius pays Claudius to take part in a scheme to capture the girl.
Falling Action
Claudius accused Virginius of stealing his severnt girl (Virginia) a while ago and kept her for himself. Apius immediately found Virginius guilty. Apius made Virginius go and get Virginia and bring her to the court.
Resolution/Lesson
Virginius went home and called for his daughter to come to him. Virginius then gave his daughter,Virginia, a choice death or shame at the hands of Claudius and Apius. Virginia chose death and so Virginius behead his daughter.
Virginius brought the head of Virginia and presented it to Apius. Apius then wanted Virginius to be hung for murder. Th people then decided that the curupt judge and Claudius be hung for there crimes and that Virginius was inoccent.
Apius and Claudius were hung for there crimes by the people. Virginius lost his daughter. the lesson tho be learned is the wages of sin is Death/there are consequences for your actions.
