Storyboard Text

  • A 13 year old boy named Brian Robeson is on an air to go visit his dad after his parents got divorced. Brian gets a chance to learn a little bit about flying since it's just him and the pilot.
  • Wait a sec I remember
  • Then all the sudden the pilot has a HEART ATTACK!!
  • SPEAR
  • BOW AND ARROW
  • SHELTER
  • FISHING TRAP
  • Brian's only hope was to fly the plane himself. He crash landed on the side of a "L" shaped lake. Brian was terrified and didn't know how he was going to survive.
  • Luckily Brian remembered that before he left his mom gave him a hatchet as a gift.
  • Later on Brian built weapons to get food and made a shelter. He also made a fire with his hatchet.
  • Brian had some close encounters with a black bear, skunk, moose, wolf, porcupine, and a turtle.
  • "Unbelievable riches. He could not believe the contents of the survival pack. The night before he was so numb with exhaustion he couldn't do anything but sleep. All day in the water had tired him so much that, in the end, he had fallen asleep sitting against his shelter wall, oblivious even to the mosquitoes, to the night, to anything. But with false gray dawn he had awakened, instantly, and began to dig in the pack to find amazing, wonderful, things."
  • Out of no where, while Brian was sleeping, a huge tornado came and destroyed all of Brian's weapons, shelter and fish trap. But the tornado aslo flipped up the tail of the plane. When Brian saw the plane flipped over he remembered that there was a safety pack in the plane.
  • Brian built himself a raft and made it to the plane. He used his hatchet to cut through the metal. He was determined to get that safety pack.
  • Yes! Brian got the safety pack and took it back to shore. There was all kinds of stuff in it, like food, sleeping bag, rifle, and a rescue transmitter.
  • The transmitter didn't have a speaker or anything so Brian thought it wasn't working. Lucky for him the signal went through and a helicopter came to rescue him.

  • Brian is now on the helicopter on his way back to safety with his parents.
  • Brian was determined to live, and that's what he did!
