- this is the indus river valley
- the indus river valley strived in 1700-2500 bce the indus river valley is in current day india
- the indus river was a sacred place for the people and towns there people used the water to strive the indus river was near many civilizations
- the indus valley river civilizations cites where packed together and houses are on top of each other and they used there flat roof alot
- i know that homes where a big part of the indus river valley towns and areas the indus valley houses had flat roofs they where on there rooof alot for many things such as it was colder up there and they could see across rodes to see there frinds
- id say the flat roofs where important they used them alot the more people and wealth you had the bigger your house was sometimes mulitiple family's lived in 1 house that had 10-12 rooms houses where made of sun dried mud bricks
- i know another important thing is that water was also used to drink from sewers so the sewers had to be clean and the toilets ran really well and worked.
- i know that the sewer systems where so good every citezen had a private bathroom id say that there where in rows and really set up right just the way we do today with this system they could use water/sinks they also used sewers for feilds with crops when there where droughts they used sewers to get water there
- the great bath is really important they wash off to reset there body and for there gods to forgive them from there sins and all the bad stuff they did
- the great bath didnt start right when the indus valley started it took 100 years to actully take in the ritual
- the bath is 5000 years old and people used to swim in it for rituals
- i know seals where important beacuse they showed value and it was a symbol for important things and activitys i beliveve that indus river valley would be completly differnt without them
- not the animal seal
- seals wenton most important things beacuse they didnt have many symbols so if it had a seal it was important
- fun fact: multiple animals where on the seal
- do you want to trade somthing i have and you cant get for somthing i cant get you can so we can both get resources we normally cant find
- trade was important for the people of the indus river valley to get a variety of supplies to use to surive
- sure i have alot of wheat and you cant get any so ill trade your ore for my wheat
