- In order to get your licence you must first get your L, then N, then your licence.
- To get your L you’ll need to get 40 out of 50 questions right on a multiple-choice knowledge test. Passing it ensures you understand the rules of the road.
- Ok, but how do i prepare for the knowledge test?
- There are 4 things you can do to prepare for the test:1. Read and study Learn to Drive Smart2. Take a practice test3. Take the road signs practice test4. Try out Street Sense (hazard perception training application that helps you identify common hazards that can be easily missed when you're on the road)Then you'll be ready to take your N!

- You can take your class 7 road test after you've had your L for 12 months and have been prohibition-free. To prepare for your test, get a lot of on-road driving practice in, and read: Tuning up for Drivers, Learn to Drive Smart, Take the road signs practice test.

- Now that you've been a novice driver for 24 months, prohibition free, you can take your class 5 road test, the final step to getting your licence. There are many things you'll need to know...

- These are some of the things you'll need to know:Driving through intersections, turning left and right, Pulling out into traffic, Pulling over and stopping at the side of the road, Changing lanes, Parking on a hill, Starting on a hill, Backing up etc. Make sure to stay safe on the roads, obey the laws, don't drinkdrive, and stay off your phone!
