- This Thursday, John’s company is planning to start a new strategy in our business. So basically, John’s position is a manager of this company. This company is a BMW franchise in Melaka Malaysia. John decided to come up with new ideas and strategies in the business. The strategy will be selling cars with editing car’s design online. The online car’s editing includes the colour of the car, options to add stickers on the car, body kits for the car, engines for the car, insoles of the car and more.
- In this context, John and his colleagues will need to plan to have a discussion on this project. So they decided to have this discussion on Friday at 8 am at the meeting room at the headquarters of BMW at Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Hence, every head of the management will meet there and give their ideas and share their experiences on this project.
- After a day, John and his colleagues meet each other at the meeting room, in total of 5 people. After a moment, they started to discuss the process of online editing of cars. When they discussed the content, each of them gave their own opinion.
- One of the people stated that this online editing car is useless because it cannot be seen in reality,and because every section on editing is really costly. But other people said that it can be seen online with 3D shape’s cars and production.

- Both of their thoughts are totally opposite. One of them said that it is more convenient if they edit online but another said that it lacks a sense of security because it is really expensive. So they started to argue and have unpleasant communication. At this point, John quieted everyone down. He came up with the suggestion of getting everyone to put their ideas on paper and vote out. After everyone listened to John's opinion, they accepted and put their thoughts on paper.
