  • I woke up later than usual, but why do I still feel tired?
  • 97%
  • Even though I get to have 7-8 hours of sleep, there were times when I would find it very hard to get out of bed.
  • This has already been going on for days...anyways, time to prepare for school.
  • I don't really feel like doing this, but I have no choice. I need to submit this before midnight.
  • My lack of motivation in doing school requirements was also a huge challenge during these instances.
  • Several hours later...
  • SUBMISSIONS FOR THIS WEEK:
  • That's why finishing just a short to-do list took me hours. Despite feeling drained, I started deciding which school tasks I'll accomplish over the weekend, so that I'd have less things to do in the following week.
  • I'm glad this week is finally over. Now, it's time for me to create my to-do lists for this weekend.
  • However, I ended up not doing any schoolworks during the weekend. I used this time to rest and catch up on my hobbies instead.
  • While waiting for the banana bread to finish baking, I can watch TV.
  • On Monday morning...
  • Then, I realized that sleep wasn't the only solution to the exhaustion and lack of motivation I was experiencing in the past few days. I was also in need of a mental health break; this realization taught me how important it is to unwind and take a break from worrying about school every once in a while.
  • I really feel so much better.
