Storyboard Text

  • It's important for students to look and see without telling them what to see. We look at classrooms every day at school, but if questioned about certain details, y'all may be unaware of the existence of certain object, signs, colors, and sounds.
  • No Fruit for lunch
  • I want y'all to write down what you think was written on the wall
  • No Fruit for lunch
  • "hmm, did it say...Wear red on Tuesdays?"
  • "I don't have a clue what was stated on the board."
  • I believe it had something to do with lunch? fries? vegetables? maybe fruit...?"
  • I want y'all to write down everything you see. hear, smell, and feel. You will have 5 minutes to do so.
  • "I don't really understand why we have to see and hear things outside."
  • "I want to go back inside, outside is so gross!"
  • I love being outside and hearing the birds chirp, and the sound of wind in the grass.
  • "I hear squirrels in the tree."
  • Now that I uncovered what was written, let's see how well our memory is
  • No Fruit for lunch
  • We will discuss individually what our focus was on. How did y'all focus your hearing and sighting?
