Antigone is getting annoyed with her sister’s choices and explaining that she is not changing her ways and her ways are better.
“You have made your choice; you can be who you want to be” (Antigone, line 54).
Antigone is talking to Creon and the guards explaining that her strength is much better than Creon's and that Creon has nothing against her.
“Creon is not strong enough to get in my way” (Antigone, line 35).
“No one values friendship more highly than I” (Creon, line 27-28).
Creon is stating that he is the only person who is capable of viewing friendship as highly as he does and that he is superior.
Creon is explaining that he is starting to see his bad ways and is admitting that his crime is mainly because of his excessive pride.
Fate has brought all my pride to a thought of dust (line 138).
Creon is having a hard time deciding whether or whether not he will help Antigone, because he does not think he is doing the right thing.
To risk everything for stubborn pride (line 93).
Teiresias is explaining to Creon that he needs to go save Antigone and bury her brother to make up for his mistakes. Creon is having a hard time listening and following what he is stating.
The only crime is pride(line 35).
