First you need to have a well balance meal. You can get all nutrients you need in having a well balance meal and it will help your diet.
Well i should start changing what i always eat. Being busy makes me not having a good healthy meal. i used to eat fast food all the time so i really need to change the way i eat.
I been there before, forgetting to eat a healthy meal and let myself eat more fast food then i said enough is enough so i stop. Anyways, you said is their any plans you should make in doing workouts right ? i recommend you try doing a FITT goal plan.
We are same before then, so what is this FITT goal plan you recommending to me to do it.
FITT plan is a kind of plan that helps you to know what workout you should do for a week. When you make a FITT plan make sure you put what you can do and how long you can do it.
Interesting i should make my own FITT plan if i want to do these different workouts.
