We need a more effective way to handle this process. Our current approach isn’t working as well as we hoped.
I recently read about a method that focuses on early intervention and structured follow-ups. It’s evidence-based and has been successful in other municipalities! That sound promising!

To make this work, we need to train the staff properly. Understanding the method is key!

That’s exactly why we’re doing these follow-ups! Sharing experiences and adjusting the process will help us embed this method into our daily work.
Now that you've been using the method, what are your experience so far?
It has helped us to work more proactively, but we faced some challenges with implementation.
The structured workshops really improved how we handle cases. But we need ongoing discussion to refine our approach.
