When I wake up, I get out of bed and ideally shower every morning unless something comes up. After this, I get dressed for the day then I go to the kitchen and ideally try to make a carbohydrate-dominant breakfast so I can stay energized during school, yet if I have no time I just try to eat whatever is healthy and will keep me going, and always make a protein shake for extra calories and protein
Dinner/Sleep
Once I am done eating and driving to school. I go to my classes and get all the work I need to finish done. I try to ideally just get my work done and get out because I don’t like kids my age or their ideologies in life and things like that, yet some people do spark conversations and I maintain them and talk if they seem open to talking about a similar topic.
After school, I try to go home and eat a fast digesting carbohydrate or any food I can eat before quickly getting to the gym so I can have an energy boost before the gym and so I can train my hardest and not have to worry about being tired or exhausted during my workout. After I eat, I make my pre-workout energy drink and start driving to the gym (if I have no work, I ideally bring my camera so I can make content for my youtube or TikTok).
When I get home from the gym, I go home and do homework or make content or anything that occupies my time and is productive. I play video games as well if I have free time with friends then I sleep and restart my day.
