Benvolio and Mercutio are talking about Romeo's whereabouts and a challenge that has reached his doorstep from Tybalt.

The idea of Revenge to people mainly have them hunting for it, or seeking it through various methods, and is sought of this due to the feud and other factors, since the deep hatred the clans have against each other go back for years and years.

This slide, as well as the next have focus on Revenge, due to the fact that this pain they speak of, if it is true, can bring through damage to them mentally, frustrate and anger them which may have them act on it.

Shakespeare here is showing how mainly Revenge will be taken place through some sort of violence, for the revenge here is Romeo attending the Capulet's party, hoping for him to be slain
Tybalt Has found out that Romeo is within their presence during their ball, as a masked man.

Revenge starts to brew, when one is angry, such as here with Tybalt due to Romeo being among them. This is seen prior to this event and after this event, in a sense to their feud creating similar things which lead to revenge.

This relates to the motif of Revenge, for it will brings upon emotions and then eventually vengeance usually, especially here because Romeo is intruding on the Capulet's here.

Shakespeare here is promoting Revenge through emotions, such as anger as we see in the tone of how Tybalt would say everything in the text. This anger and other emotion leads into other things, motivated by revenge.
