- Noah was eventually caught and got escorted out of the zoo. When he got back home, he saw something in his pocket that he did not put in. He then realized it was another diary page. Noah read it. It stated that Megan was suspicious of the polar pool in Arctic Town. Arctic Town is part of the zoo. There is a lady who works there and is always suspicious of her. She asks if she's with her parents and she says yes. She also wanted to tell the scouts but she thought they would think she is crazy. At the end it said " P.S. I almost forgot! I have to watch the polar bears when the zoo starts to close. They get real active. It's best to watch them from the glass tunnel- especially around the Polar Pool's curves and corners. I know I saw light coming". The rest was pretty smudged. What could be made out last was "only has two polar bears Frosty and Blizzard. But if I saw what I think I saw, this whole thing is getting really weird. For a second I thought I saw three bears! I was". It then was looking smeared again.
- The next day, Noah talked to his friends at lunch. His friends were Ella and Richie. Richie was great with technology. They were all confused about what was being served at lunch. They were all part of a group called the Action Scouts. Megan was part of it too. Noah told his friends about everything that happened at the zoo. They decided to visit it together later.
- When should we go?
- I wonder about that zoo.
- Ugh. What IS this?
- The next day, the Action Scouts arrived at the zoo. They reviewed the note one last time together. They did some looking around in the tunnel. They saw the two bears but no third one. From the bottom of the tunnel, a light appeared as Megan described. Ella reminded them that Megan said things got weird after closing time. After some waiting around it was announced it was time to close. Nothing happened. Eventually, Blizzard appeared inside the tunnel! They assume that He used a secret door or something similar. Blizzard then gave a note as well! Then, a security guard caught them again after Blizzard left. They agreed to go but tried not to trust him because Blizzard did not. Guard mysteriously knew who Noah was.
