- But for some, it was the year of freedom and change...
- They then proceeded to gain a bandwagon of enrollees with Mr. Javier in his iconic jeep
- WPC CLASSES OPEN!
- On May 22, 1947, a meeting was called to actualize the function of the Board of Trustees
- The founders announced the opening of classes through posters and advertisements in local newspapers
- Atty. Jesus Arguelles was appointed the first executive secretary and custodian of records
