- Now everyone have their own tasks,let's do it.
- The 4 above are working together in the same company and the company has participating to tendering the supply goods.Therefore that's why the Manager called all 4 of them to form a group to create a business proposal.
- Part 4
- You guys should do the work properly
- Don't talk about other things unless it is about work.
- The next following day,John and Danny discussed on how thee 4 should distribute the tasks of the proposal but Grace and Ariana weren't being serious and rejected the idea of how they should distribute the job.

- We didn't do anything wrong but they are getting mad at us Danny.
- However,John and Danny looked past the girls behaviour and begin performing on their task but while the boys were working on the task.But Grace and Ariana were just laughing and talking about things that is not part of the task at hand.

- Don't be upset,you guys did an amazing job.I appreciate the work that you guys have done,I understand why you two advice the girls like that
- Upon knowing this John and Danny had advised them to do the task properly and not waste time,but Grace and Ariana didn't accept it nicely and claiming they were overreacting.
- Why are you guys overreacting?
- Who are you to tell me to what to talk about
- The situation got worse when John and Danny felt like no appreciate their efforts towards their performance of the task.Besides that Grace and Ariana were angry and shouted at them for calling them out.
- Eeugh
- How can they talk like that,this is an embarrassment for us.These guys are very irritating.
- The Manager called John and Danny to discuss on how to difuse the conflict between all 4 of them.The Manager explained on how he shouldn't have confronted or called them out in public but should have a 1 to 1 to resolve it and not make it even worse.The Manager also included that how she appreciate how the proposal was done.
