- The workload I had was quite challenging and demanding, with complex and heavy tasks that tested my discipline and time-management skills. However, I enjoyed the lessons and gained some authentic experience of what the real world is like. I also learned how to be independent and work effectively under pressure.

- During my academic journey, I gained a lot of knowledge regarding the significance of paraphrasing, citing, and conducting thorough research. Additionally, I learned how to handle uncomfortable situations, as often LES required us to work outside our comfort zone.
